OUR STORY
Founded on purpose, built with heart.
Bluwood Residential Solutions was founded by Jurnee Noel, inspired by her mother’s lifelong dream of caring for others. Built on compassion, family values, and a heart for service, Bluwood was created to provide high-quality residential care in a warm and welcoming home environment.
From a young age, Jurnee showed a natural compassion for helping seniors and individuals in need of support. At just 25 years old, she turned that passion into purpose by establishing a residential care home where residents can receive both short-term and long-term care in a safe, comfortable, and in quiet neighborhood.
After witnessing the challenges families face when searching for dependable long-term and specialized care, Jurnee recognized the need for a home that blends professional standards with heartfelt service. She believes care should feel personal — not institutional.
As a family-led home, Bluwood is grounded in dignity, respect, and genuine connection. Jurnee brings leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to quality care, ensuring that daily operations are handled with attentiveness and compassion.
